Gents Place has great service. One thing I really appreciated was the barbers are highly collaborative and taught me how to best style my hair. Would highly recommend.

The Gent’s place is not only a wonderful concept, but it’s run with excellence by Emily and Josh, the owners of the Bentonville franchises. Hard-working men don’t get much time for themselves and personally I like to feel taken care of every now and then. The Gent’s Place understands this and provides a man with an atmosphere he can respect. I’m called my name and handed a drink when I walk in. My Stylist has notes on what I like. They really take their time with the scalp massages, the facials, and the shoulder massages. Also, they ask for feedback and they listen! Let me tell you something, when I walk out of there, I feel like I own the town, ha! I’m definitely ready to tackle the world. Do you need a haircut? This is a place. Do you want a great atmosphere, amazing hospitality, and to leave feeling better than how you arrived? This is THE place. I just needed a haircut. I looked up haircut. Ended up being denied a normal cheap place because they were full. No big deal. I went here because of the distance to my hotel and the ratings. As soon as I walked in, I thought it was a bar or something. They confirmed they do haircuts. I checked in and soon after, they offered me a drink. Wild. They also gave me a tour of the place and explained being the membership program, while reassuring me that I don't have to be a member to get a haircut. They do it all. Hair, face, massage, relaxation (dimmed/no lights), heat, shoeshines, and probably more. When it was my turn, I didn't really know what to expect beyond a standard haircut. Man, they make you feel pampered! Thank you, Taylor, for being so welcoming and giving me some great recommendations for while I'm in town. Thank you, team, (didn't get your names) for taking the time to explain things and promoting such a great experience overall. They offer service levels but I don't remember all of which is included at each level. They have the 3, 5, and 7 course(I think they call it). The three was ~$60. WORTH EVERY PENNY. If you don't want to spend the money every time, I get it. Sacrifice the three times you eat out and try it once! You'll end up a return customer.

Took my teen son in for a transformation haircut. They removed more than 12 inches of hair and created a cut he could keep up with and style himself. He was so happy with the results, he insisted I “leave a 5 star review”. He also said his stylist was so sweet and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Very cool laid-back atmosphere, staff is friendly and helpful in answering any questions you may have. I love to show up a bit early with my e-reader and enjoy an espresso or bourbon while I wait.

Owner is one of the best guys i have ever met! Very down to earth! Does understands customers point of views and works with them! I just went to try the first time and i think i am not going anywhere else now, either its a haircut, beard, 7 course package they offer or whatever, i can trust them blindly, which i think i don’t usually with my hair but they EARNED it, i do think they are very reasonable with the prices as-well! Definitely a very very luxury experience.
