The front desk staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional, creating a great atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Linda is a fantastic manicurist—her attention to detail and creativity are unmatched. My manicures always look flawless and last beautifully. She takes her time to make sure everything is perfect and always has great suggestions for colors and designs. Dana is an incredible colorist. She really listens and delivers results that go above and beyond. The color turns out rich, vibrant, and exactly how I pictured it. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does. Dawn is a gem. She’s incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable and cared for. Her shampoo and scalp massage are unlike any other—so relaxing that it feels like a spa treatment. She has such a gentle, calming touch, yet is thorough and precise. She always leaves my hair feeling soft, clean, and completely refreshed. I've been going to Suede to see Rebecca for years and it's always a great experience. She has really mastered her craft and it's comforting to know that I will leave looking and feeling like a million bucks. The entire staff there is great too - I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes before an appointment, and everyone is very friendly and professional. Strongly recommend.
