The spa was immaculate and the atmosphere cozy. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Cindy was excellent, very professional, and efficient.

I was treated to a signature massage. This included hot stones, I've never had the stones before, but I enjoyed them very much. Shout out to my masseuse, the lady with the twisted braids in an updo style. Please forgive me. I forgot your name. My overall experience was great.

I had a wonderful experience at Baha Retreat. My spa package included a massage and facial by Elaine who was incredible! The facial was one of the best I've had, the products used were really good. She took a thorough look at my skin too, giving very sound advice and suggestions on products and regimes ( without a hard sell). I also had a brow tint and threading by kenya, this was by far the best I'd had in Nassau, ever. The results were fantastic, I was so impressed. Baha Retreat is the perfect self-care escape, the staff are at the top of their game, customer service is excellent, and the location is a tranquil hidden gem.

Had a long day and just stopped by to rebook the appointment… My Therapist overheard me say I was beat and really tired. “ you don't think you deserve this?” She asked… I stayed I left there feeling weightless, energized and rejuvenated… Excellent customer service and even better Service… will definitely be back….

I took advantage of one of Baha-retreats Mother's Day promotions and absolute enjoyed myself as did my Boyfriend. Unfortunately, my mom passed so I was unable to enjoy the package with her. The facial and massage i received was AMAZING. If you suffer from sinus…. if you get pain in your face or get migraines…. GO DO THIS FACIAL.!!! RUN!! Like RIGHT NOW!!!!!! It was sooooo goood. My therapist was soo good. 10/10. I had a big of a wait in between my spa pedicure SOO I asked for my brows to be threaded and they kindly accommodated me. I love my brows and was a pleasant experience. My pedicure was nice, I will advise that if you are GEL polish girly (like me) make this clear when placing an appointment. I REALLY wish I knew this but I know better for next time.
